Terms Of Service

• Clients must provide accurate information about their requested service.
• Work begins after the service requirements and price are confirmed.
• The confirmed service price is final and cannot be negotiated.
• The Smart Programmer may refuse illegal, harmful or inappropriate requests.
• By using our services, clients accept these company rules.

Payment Policy

Payment is completed after the service has been fully completed and delivered.

• The client receives the completed service before payment.
• The agreed price remains unchanged after confirmation.
• Payment confirms acceptance of the delivered service.

Additional Cost Policy

Additional costs apply when the client requests features, changes or services that were not included in the original agreement.

Example: A client requests a website, but later asks for an additional feature that was not included in the original service. That additional request may require an extra payment.

Priority Service Policy

Services are completed according to the order of reservations.

• Normal completion time may take from 1 week up to 1 month depending on project complexity.
• Clients can request priority service to skip the normal queue.
• Priority service cost: +400 ALL / 4€
• Priority service cost applies only if it was not included in the original price.

Being a client does not mean that every request must be accepted. Our business relationship is based on respect, clear agreements, responsibility, and cooperation from both parties. By booking a service, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these company rules.

Refund Policy

• Refund requests are reviewed individually.
• Completed digital services are generally non-refundable.
• Refund decisions depend on service progress and agreement.
• Clients should communicate problems before requesting a refund.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICES

• NOTICE #1 — PAYMENTS

  Failure to make a payment within the agreed deadline may result in the immediate suspension of the service. Work will resume only after the payment has been completed and confirmed.

• NOTICE #2 — DELAYS

  Any delay caused by the client will not be considered a delay caused by the company. The project deadline may be adjusted accordingly.

• NOTICE #3 — CONDUCT

  Aggressive, abusive, insulting, or threatening behavior toward our staff may result in the immediate termination of the business relationship.

• NOTICE #4 — CHANGES

  Changes to the original requirements after work has started may affect the price and delivery time. The client will be informed of any additional cost before the additional work is performed.

• NOTICE #5 — CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

  The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information, documents, and materials provided to the company. The company is not responsible for problems caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

• NOTICE #6 — REPEATED VIOLATIONS

  Repeated violations of these rules may result in the refusal of future services.

Intellectual Property

• Websites, designs, code and digital products created by The Smart Programmer are protected.
• Clients receive usage rights according to their purchased service.
• Copying, reselling or distributing created work without permission is prohibited.

Company Rights

• The Smart Programmer may update services, prices and policies.
• Policy updates may be made to improve security and service quality.
• The latest version published on the website applies.

Respect is mandatory

• Every client must communicate with our staff in a respectful and professional manner. Insults, threats, harassment, pressure, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.

Our time must be respected

• Agreed times for meetings, appointments, payments, materials, and approvals must be respected. Delays caused by the client are not the responsibility of the company and may result in a delay of the project's completion.

Payments must be made on time

• A service is not considered confirmed until the required payment or deposit has been completed. In case of late payment, the company reserves the right to immediately suspend the service until payment is received.

Unlimited changes are not accepted

• Clients are expected to provide clear instructions. Excessive, repeated, or substantial changes to the original request may be considered additional work or a new project.

Required materials must be provided on time

• Texts, images, logos, documents, information, and other materials required for the project must be provided by the client within the agreed timeframe. The company is not responsible for delays caused by missing materials.

Appointments must be respected

• If a client books an appointment or service and fails to attend without providing prior notice, the company reserves the right to require advance payment for future bookings.

Work does not begin without confirmation

• A message, request, or inquiry does not automatically mean that a project has started. Work begins only after the project has been officially confirmed by the company.

Deadlines cannot be changed unilaterally

• A client cannot require the company to complete a project earlier than the agreed deadline without prior confirmation from the company.

The company reserves the right to refuse a request

• The company may refuse any request that is inappropriate, unclear, outside the services offered, or inconsistent with company policies.
